Cold pressed oil o virgin oil: In this oil seeds are crushed
slowly to extract oil from them naturally. It is purer and has
a better flavor than oil expressed with the aid of heat.
Why it is in demand?
Most of the nutritive capacity of refined oil is lost after they
are exposed to high heat and chemicals. As Cold Press Oils
are made from only pressing the seeds all the natural
nutrients are retained including vitamin E, which has
